La presente informativa descrive il trattamento dei dati personali effettuato tramite l'applicazione Budopass (app Android/iOS) e l'area di gestione web WebAdmin, nella loro versione pilota destinata a test, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003 come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018.

Eliminazione dell'account e dei dati

Per eliminare il tuo account Budopass e tutti i dati personali associati, invia una richiesta a support@budopass.app dall'indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato (così possiamo verificare la tua identità). Elimineremo l'account e i dati collegati entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.

Dati eliminati: dati dell'account (nome, cognome, email, password), data di nascita, foto del profilo, dati sportivi (gradi, discipline, presenze/adesioni, affiliazioni e ruoli) e token delle notifiche.

Dati eventualmente conservati: per il solo tempo strettamente necessario, alcuni dati possono essere conservati in forma minimizzata per adempiere a obblighi di legge o per sicurezza (es. log tecnici fino a 6 mesi); decorsi tali termini vengono cancellati o anonimizzati.

2. Che cos'è Budopass

Budopass è un passaporto marziale digitale: consente a un praticante di conservare il proprio profilo e i propri gradi (dichiarati dall'atleta, rilasciati o ratificati da un ente), di essere affiliato a uno o più enti/dojo e, per chi ha un ruolo di gestione, di amministrare soci, gradi ed eventi.

3. Dati personali trattati

  • Dati dell'account: nome, cognome, indirizzo email, password (cifrata), lingua preferita.
  • Data di nascita dell'atleta, per la tenuta del passaporto e la verifica dell'età.
  • Foto del profilo, se caricata dall'utente.
  • Dati sportivi: gradi (dichiarati, rilasciati, ratificati), discipline, eventi e lezioni, presenze/adesioni, affiliazioni a enti/dojo e ruolo (allievo, gestore, maestro).
  • Immagini di timbri/sigilli caricate dagli enti: pubbliche nell'app e soggette a moderazione.
  • Dati tecnici: log applicativi, indirizzi IP, marche temporali, per sicurezza e diagnostica.
  • Notifiche push: se attive, un identificativo del dispositivo (token) per recapitarle.

Non trattiamo categorie particolari di dati (art. 9 GDPR) né dati di geolocalizzazione precisa.

4. Finalità e basi giuridiche

  • Erogazione del servizio (account, passaporto, gradi, affiliazioni, eventi): art. 6.1.b.
  • Sicurezza, prevenzione abusi e diagnostica: legittimo interesse — art. 6.1.f.
  • Comunicazioni di servizio (conferma/recupero password, notifiche): art. 6.1.b; per quelle facoltative, consenso — art. 6.1.a.
  • Adempimenti di legge, ove applicabili: art. 6.1.c.

5. Minori

L'app è destinata a utenti di almeno 16 anni. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori di 16 anni. Se un minore la usa nell'ambito del proprio dojo, il profilo è gestito sotto la responsabilità dell'ente e/o di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale.

6. Conservazione

  • Account e passaporto: finché l'account è attivo e per i termini di legge; poi cancellati o anonimizzati.
  • Log tecnici: di norma 6 mesi, salvo esigenze di sicurezza.
  • Immagini: per il tempo necessario alle finalità indicate.

7. Responsabili del trattamento

I dati possono essere trattati, per nostro conto, da fornitori di servizi tecnici (art. 28 GDPR), in particolare per l'hosting e l'infrastruttura cloud (Microsoft Azure, data center nell'UE). I dati non vengono venduti e non sono usati per pubblicità o profilazione. L'app non usa cookie o tracker pubblicitari.

8. Trasferimenti extra-UE

I dati sono trattati nell'Unione Europea. Eventuali trasferimenti verso Paesi terzi avverranno nel rispetto del GDPR, mediante clausole contrattuali standard (SCC) o altre garanzie adeguate.

9. I tuoi diritti

Puoi esercitare i diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità (artt. 15–22 GDPR) scrivendo a support@budopass.app; puoi inoltre proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

10. Sicurezza

Adottiamo misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate, tra cui la cifratura delle comunicazioni in transito (HTTPS) e la conservazione cifrata delle credenziali.

This policy describes the processing of personal data through the Budopass application (Android/iOS) and the WebAdmin web management area, in their pilot (test) version, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Decree 101/2018.

Account and data deletion

To delete your Budopass account and all associated personal data, send a request to support@budopass.app from the email address you registered with (so we can verify your identity). We will delete the account and related data within 30 days of the request.

Data deleted: account data (first and last name, email, password), date of birth, profile photo, sports data (grades, disciplines, attendance/RSVP, affiliations and roles) and notification tokens.

Data possibly retained: for the strictly necessary time only, some data may be kept in minimised form to comply with legal obligations or for security (e.g. technical logs for up to 6 months); after those periods it is deleted or anonymised.

2. What Budopass is

Budopass is a digital martial-arts passport: it lets a practitioner keep their profile and their grades (self-declared by the athlete, or issued/ratified by an organisation), be affiliated with one or more organisations/dojos and, for those with a management role, administer members, grades and events.

3. Personal data processed

  • Account data: first and last name, email address, password (encrypted), preferred language.
  • Date of birth of the athlete, to maintain the passport and verify age.
  • Profile photo, if uploaded by the user.
  • Sports data: grades (declared, issued, ratified), disciplines, events and lessons, attendance/RSVP, affiliations to organisations/dojos and role (athlete, manager, master).
  • Seal images uploaded by organisations: public within the app and subject to moderation.
  • Technical data: application logs, IP addresses, timestamps, for security and diagnostics.
  • Push notifications: if enabled, a device identifier (token) needed to deliver them.

We do not process special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) or precise location data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Service delivery (account, passport, grades, affiliations, events): Art. 6(1)(b).
  • Security, abuse prevention and diagnostics: legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f).
  • Service communications (confirmation/password recovery, notifications): Art. 6(1)(b); for optional ones, consent — Art. 6(1)(a).
  • Legal obligations, where applicable: Art. 6(1)(c).

5. Minors

The app is intended for users aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If a minor uses it within their dojo, the profile is managed under the responsibility of the organisation and/or the person holding parental responsibility.

6. Retention

  • Account and passport: while the account is active and for legally required periods; then deleted or anonymised.
  • Technical logs: typically 6 months, unless required for security.
  • Images: for as long as needed for the stated purposes.

7. Processors

Data may be processed on our behalf by technical service providers (Art. 28 GDPR), in particular for hosting and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, EU data centres). Data is not sold and is not used for advertising or profiling. The app uses no advertising cookies or trackers.

8. Transfers outside the EU

Data is processed within the European Union. Any transfer to third countries will comply with the GDPR, through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other adequate safeguards.

9. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to support@budopass.app; you may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

10. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of communications in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage of credentials.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is always available at this address, with the date shown at the top.

Diese Erklärung beschreibt die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten über die Anwendung Budopass (Android/iOS) und den Web-Verwaltungsbereich WebAdmin in ihrer Pilot-(Test-)Version gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 (DSGVO) und dem italienischen Gesetzesdekret 196/2003 in der durch Dekret 101/2018 geänderten Fassung.

Löschung des Kontos und der Daten

Um Ihr Budopass-Konto und alle zugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten zu löschen, senden Sie eine Anfrage an support@budopass.app von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der Sie sich registriert haben (damit wir Ihre Identität überprüfen können). Wir löschen das Konto und die zugehörigen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Anfrage.

Gelöschte Daten: Kontodaten (Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail, Passwort), Geburtsdatum, Profilfoto, Sportdaten (Grade, Disziplinen, Teilnahme/Zusagen, Zugehörigkeiten und Rollen) und Benachrichtigungs-Token.

Ggf. aufbewahrte Daten: nur für die unbedingt erforderliche Zeit können einige Daten in minimierter Form aufbewahrt werden, um gesetzlichen Pflichten nachzukommen oder aus Sicherheitsgründen (z. B. technische Protokolle bis zu 6 Monate); nach Ablauf dieser Fristen werden sie gelöscht oder anonymisiert.

2. Was Budopass ist

Budopass ist ein digitaler Kampfkunst-Pass: Er ermöglicht es einem Praktizierenden, sein Profil und seine Grade (vom Sportler erklärt oder von einer Organisation vergeben/bestätigt) zu führen, mit einer oder mehreren Organisationen/Dojos verbunden zu sein und – bei einer Verwaltungsrolle – Mitglieder, Grade und Veranstaltungen zu verwalten.

3. Verarbeitete personenbezogene Daten

  • Kontodaten: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort (verschlüsselt), bevorzugte Sprache.
  • Geburtsdatum des Sportlers, zur Führung des Passes und zur Altersprüfung.
  • Profilfoto, sofern vom Nutzer hochgeladen.
  • Sportdaten: Grade (erklärt, vergeben, bestätigt), Disziplinen, Veranstaltungen und Unterrichtsstunden, Teilnahme/Zusagen, Zugehörigkeiten zu Organisationen/Dojos und Rolle (Schüler, Verwalter, Meister).
  • Bilder von Siegeln/Stempeln, die von Organisationen hochgeladen werden: in der App öffentlich und einer Moderation unterworfen.
  • Technische Daten: Anwendungsprotokolle, IP-Adressen, Zeitstempel, für Sicherheit und Diagnose.
  • Push-Benachrichtigungen: falls aktiv, eine Gerätekennung (Token) zur Zustellung.

Wir verarbeiten keine besonderen Datenkategorien (Art. 9 DSGVO) und keine genauen Standortdaten.

4. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

  • Erbringung des Dienstes (Konto, Pass, Grade, Zugehörigkeiten, Veranstaltungen): Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b.
  • Sicherheit, Missbrauchsprävention und Diagnose: berechtigtes Interesse — Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f.
  • Dienstbezogene Mitteilungen (Bestätigung/Passwort-Wiederherstellung, Benachrichtigungen): Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b; für optionale, Einwilligung — Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a.
  • Gesetzliche Pflichten, sofern zutreffend: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c.

5. Minderjährige

Die App ist für Nutzer ab 16 Jahren bestimmt. Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern unter 16 Jahren. Nutzt ein Minderjähriger sie im Rahmen seines Dojos, wird das Profil unter der Verantwortung der Organisation und/oder der erziehungsberechtigten Person verwaltet.

6. Aufbewahrung

  • Konto und Pass: solange das Konto aktiv ist und für gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Fristen; danach gelöscht oder anonymisiert.
  • Technische Protokolle: in der Regel 6 Monate, außer aus Sicherheitsgründen.
  • Bilder: solange für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich.

7. Auftragsverarbeiter

Daten können in unserem Auftrag von technischen Dienstleistern (Art. 28 DSGVO) verarbeitet werden, insbesondere für Hosting und Cloud-Infrastruktur (Microsoft Azure, Rechenzentren in der EU). Daten werden nicht verkauft und nicht für Werbung oder Profiling verwendet. Die App verwendet keine Werbe-Cookies oder Tracker.

8. Übermittlungen außerhalb der EU

Die Daten werden innerhalb der Europäischen Union verarbeitet. Etwaige Übermittlungen in Drittländer erfolgen im Einklang mit der DSGVO, mittels Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) oder anderer geeigneter Garantien.

9. Ihre Rechte

Sie können die Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Übertragbarkeit (Art. 15–22 DSGVO) ausüben, indem Sie an support@budopass.app schreiben; Sie können sich auch bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde (garanteprivacy.it) beschweren.

10. Sicherheit

Wir treffen geeignete technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Verschlüsselung der Kommunikation bei der Übertragung (HTTPS) und der verschlüsselten Speicherung von Zugangsdaten.

11. Änderungen

Diese Erklärung kann aktualisiert werden; die geltende Fassung ist stets unter dieser Adresse verfügbar, mit dem oben angegebenen Datum.
